Lori's Unbreakable Approach
The practices, mindset, and tools I rely on to stay strong, adaptable, and energized through every season of life. This isn't theory. It's what I've built through decades of training, setbacks, comebacks, and real life.
01 — Movement & Strength
I move consistently — but I've learned to adapt. Gymnastics (3x/week), strength & conditioning, TRX, dumbbells, and resistance bands. Longevity isn't about pushing harder. It's about training smarter.
02 — Structure & Routine
Consistency and discipline are two of the strongest assets I rely on. I don't depend on motivation — I rely on discipline to show up. Structured training schedule, adjusting intensity based on stress and recovery, prioritizing sleep, fueling intentionally.
03 — Nutrition & Support
Core support: Juice Plus (daily foundation), Magnesium glycinate (sleep & recovery), Creatine (strength & performance), Fish oil (overall health), Protein for recovery. Additional support as needed: Collagen, Vitamin D, Electrolytes.
04 — Recovery & Stress
You can't out-train stress. Recovery is part of the work. Walking outdoors, foam rolling & mobility, red light therapy, creating space instead of stacking stress.
05 — Tracking & Awareness
Awareness drives better decisions. Apple Watch (activity tracking), MyFitnessPal (nutrition tracking when needed).

The Bigger Picture
Longevity isn't about avoiding hard seasons. It's about learning how to move through them — physically, mentally, and emotionally — while continuing to show up. Through injuries, life transitions, and everything in between, I've learned that strength isn't just built in training. It's built in how you adapt.
